Keep that extra space so that when people come over you can store the dirty dishes there. Generally most people opt for one sink but a choice of two sinks has come up because then you can store the soap rubbed dishes in one sink and rinse in the other. Always plan out sensibly for a safe oven area and sufficient grocery area. This is very helpful in the long run. Keep space around your oven to prevent over heating. Make sure the cupboard structures are in such a way that two cupboard doors don’t interfere or else you may end up hurting your fingers badly.
